Public Trust in Elections in Montenegro - 2025

The OSCE Mission to Montenegro commissioned a survey conducted by the Damar Institute from 24 November to 7 December 2025, with the aim of examining attitudes toward certain segments of electoral reform in Montenegro. The survey covered issues that are directly or indirectly related to the implementation of OSCE/ODIHR recommendations addressed to Montenegro, as well as recommendations from nongovernmental organizations monitoring electoral processes in Montenegro.
