About
The purpose of the event is to facilitate a discussion on experiences in implementation of the Criminal Procedure Code and to identify areas for possible amendments.
Participants will include representatives of the Justice Ministry, the courts and prosecution offices, the police, the Bar Association of Montenegro and non-governmental organizations.
