About
The purpose of this roundtable discussion is to present the latest draft of amendments to the Criminal Code to the representatives of the institutions concerned.
Participants will include representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Montenegro’s courts and prosecution offices, the Bar Association and non-governmental organizations, as well as police officials.
The roundtable discussion is part of the OSCE’s support for reform of criminal legislation in Montenegro.
