About
The purpose of this training course is to improve the skills of new public bailiffs and to establish direct co-operation with their counterparts throughout Montenegro.
Participants will include representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Montenegro’s courts and prosecution offices, the Bar Association, non-governmental organizations and banks, as well as police officials.
The training course will be delivered by public bailiffs from Bulgaria, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia.
