About
The purpose of this training course is to help members of ethics commissions for civil servants in local self-government learn about the role of such commissions, including their duties and responsibilities. The topics to be discussed include the procedure for filing complaints, administration of a procedure, and proposing a conclusion for non-ethical behaviour.
Participants will include members of municipal ethics commissions. Experts from Montenegro and the region will deliver the training course.
A newly developed guidebook on the work of ethics commissions for elected officials will be introduced at the course.
