This workshop will be conducted by international experts from the Turkish National Police. The target group is mid-level management within the police service.
The aim of this course is to equip participants with knowledge and skills in strategic planning. This will help the Police Directorate approach possible changes to their organization, such as re-structuring, the division of labour and job performance, in a more efficient manner.
