About
In order to prepare lawyers more fully on the possibilities for the implementation of these procedures, the OSCE Mission to Montenegro - in response to a request from the Bar Association of Montenegro - will support the organization of this training on plea-bargaining and the role of lawyers in investigations.
The participants will be 100 lawyers, 10 judges and 10 prosecutors, who will hear the experiences of Bosnia and Herzegovina during its implementation of these procedures.
