About
The implementation of the Code is to start as soon as the law is enacted by the Parliament. At the request of the Ministry of Justice and in order to facilitate the implementation of these complex legal provisions, a highly specialized three-day training seminar will be organized for legal experts.
The Mission will support the seminar in co-operation with the US Embassy in Montenegro, the Judicial Training Centre and the Human Resource Management Authority. The seminar will provide training for thirty participants, who will include judges, prosecutors, police, representatives of the Tax Administration and the Directorate for Property.
