About
Following a request from the Bar Association of Montenegro. the OSCE Mission is supporting the organization of this training session on plea bargaining and the role of lawyers in investigations. Around 25 lawyers, 5 judges and 5 prosecutors will take part in the training, which will be based on presentations of experiences in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
