About
The Constitution of Montenegro prescribes the primacy of ratified international instruments over the national law. This presentation is being organized to encourage the Constitutional Court, as well as other national courts and competent bodies, to use the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights in the their everyday practice.
The publication will be presented by Ambassador Paraschiva Badescu, Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Mr Zoran Pazin, State Agent before the European Court of Human Rights, and other government representatives.
