Participants are encouraged to contribute by means of written or verbal presentations, in order to enable an optimal exchange of the most relevant information between national and international interlocutors.
The OSCE considers this event to be an essential tool for a more balanced information exchange between international and national authorities, in order to avoid overlapping and duplication in police reform activities in Montenegro.
