About
The discussion aims at starting a professional discussion on the provisions of the law, its impact on the media scene and its compliance with international standards.
Experts Nico van Eijk and Sandra Basic Hrvatin from the Council of Europe will present their comments on the document. The draft of the law and the commentaries provided by international experts will be discussed at the roundtable with representatives of the media, civil society and Members of the Parliament of Montenegro.
The roundtable will be opened by Branislav Micunovic, Minister of Culture, Sport and Media, Ambassador Paraschiva Badescu, Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro and Ana Zec, Acting Head of the Council of Europe Office in Podgorica.
Media representatives are invited to attend the roundtable.
