About
The seminar is organized as part of a four-year OSCE project (2007-11) on strengthening the capacity of the Parliament of Montenegro, funded by the Austrian Government and supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.
The presenters at the seminar will be former parliamentarians and parliamentary experts from Montenegro, the Netherlands, Serbia and Slovakia.
