About
This two-day seminar will provide a forum for expert discussion on real cases and role-playing exercises with regard to the implementation of the Law on the Protection of the Right to a Fair Trial, enacted in December 2007.
The seminar is aimed at judges and advisers in Montenegrin courts of law, employees of the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office and attorneys.
The seminar will be addressed by the President of the Supreme Court of Montenegro, Vesna Medenica; the Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Ambassador Paraschiva Badescu; the President of the Constitutional Court, Milan Markovic; the AIRE legal consultant, Biljana Braithwaite; and the Executive Director of CEDEM, Nenad Koprivica.
Lectures will be given by Nuala Mole, Director of the AIRE Centre; Toby Cadman, an attorney from the UK; and Dusanka Radovic, Petar Stojanovic and Sreten Ivanovic, judges from the Supreme Court of Montenegro.
