About
The project will primarily assist the judiciary and relevant institutions in assessing current judicial practices and defining ways for achieving a more effective criminal justice administration.
At the ceremony, a memorandum of understanding on how the project will be carried out will be signed. Additionally, results will be presented from another project - the Mission's analysis of the length of judicial proceedings, which focused on cases pending before Higher and Basic Courts in Podgorica.
The project is financially supported by the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
