The State Prosecutor’s Office is of essential importance for the functioning of any democratic society because it plays a crucial role in upholding the rule of law and ensuring justice for all citizens. In Montenegro, the perception of the State Prosecutor’s Office by Montenegrin citizens serves as a critical barometer of the country’s progress in establishing a strong legal framework and building public trust in its institutions. This report has an aim of analysing the opinions of the citizens of Montenegro on the topic of the State Prosecutor’s Office as an institution, its officials and activities which it undertakes.
