The topics of the panel discussion will be as follows:
- Montenegro’s membership in the United Nations Human Rights Council: possibilities and challenges;
- Right to a peaceful enjoyment of property rights with a particular focus on restitution; and
- Human rights protection within the penitentiary system.
Speakers will include representatives of the governmental bodies and public institutions, the diplomatic community, civil society and academics.
